* Terms and Conditions

• The person you have referred must be placed within permanent employment by Sharna Associates Ltd
• The referral must be identified before the candidate is interviewed by Sharna Associates Ltd, either verbally or by email. Alternatively your recommendation should mention your name upon registration.
• Referral fees are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of introduction
• Voucher is awarded subject to rebate period being completed and client invoice being paid.

£100 voucher for the referral of a candidate with less that 12 months recruitment agency experience

£250 voucher for the referral of a candidate with 12 months + recruitment agency experience. I.e. consultant/ snr consultant/ manager 

£350 voucher for the referral of a candidate placed in to a position at senior management/ Director level

(The above terms and conditions apply to referrals registered from 22/02/2007. Previous terms and conditions apply to any referrals registered prior to this date).
