* Terms and Conditions

• The person you have referred must be placed within permanent employment by Sharna Associates
• The referral must be identified before the candidate is interviewed by Sharna Associates, either verbally or by email. Alternatively your recommendation should mention your name upon registration.
• Referral fees are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of introduction
• Voucher is awarded subject to rebate period being completed and client invoice being paid.

£50 voucher for the referral of a candidate with less that 24 months recruitment agency experience

£150 voucher for the referral of a candidate with 24 months + recruitment agency experience. I.e. consultant/ snr consultant/ manager 

£350 voucher for the referral of a candidate placed in to a position at Board Director level

£25 voucher for the referral of a candidate placed into a non-recruitment agency position
