The Company

An opportunity for a successful manager specialising in the industrial and driving sectors of recruitment. As a hands-on manager, you will fully understand the market and be passionate about building business.

Currently in a strong position within the market and placed well to become preferred suppliers to even more contracts in 2010.

The role will require a balance between managing a team of staff and being hands-on in the growth of the office through business development and liaison with senior level contacts.

The company prides itself on offering a professional and quality service and therefore looks to appoint professionals who are able to present a smart, articulate and business-focussed front to their clients.

The Person

The successful candidate will be able to present to heads of procurement and board members of multi-national blue chip organisations and talk from a credible business perspective. They will also be willing to back up consultants by filling bookings, interviewing candidates and doing client ring-rounds when needed.
