At the helm of the branch, you will take responsibility for the office including P&L, staff recruitment and appraisal, general operational duties and involvement in business development.
Focusing on the Cardiff area staffing markets.
You will manage and support the consultants, ensuring they are successfully fulfilling their clients' expectations, meeting their activity goals and hitting their targets whilst maintaining their motivation levels, engagement and career development.
The ability to negotiate at a high level and deal with challenging situations would be required for this role.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for spearheading the growth of the office, managing and targeting the sales efforts, leading from the front and ensuring growth is continuous.
